You could picnic in the whole park no fires though there are public restrooms and you can walk the whole park it's a very beautiful area there's a lighthouse there you can walk down by the water near the Rocks but you can stay there all day there's plenty of parkin

Beautiful spot to picnic. I don't remember picnic tables in the 6 or 7 times I've been there. We always bring chairs and blankets. No alcohol or grilling allowed.

Yes many spots for a picnic. Kite flying field. Public restrooms. A coastal aquarium. Being a peninsula there are so many views to photograph and enjoy an Eagles eye view. Bring your bicycle and enjoy the area.
