Why is the hot food to go never hot. I just placed a few pieces of chicken into container put my finger in middle, like warm at best, told the guy, he didn't say anything but threw it in trash, not my first bad expierance...

I' m really surprised because i go there frequently to pick up something hot to take home and its always hot enough where i don't have to reheat maybe it depends on who's working th department that day
