I love shopping @ Hannaford. However, I wish they would STOP! slathering those fabulous cheesecakes slices @ the Bakery with that awful tasting, messy faux cream. YUK! The rest of the store is always great! Nice, professional staff. No endless POLITICAL survey boxes @ the end of the checkout. I have never, ever bought spoiled food in Hannaford or MOLDY BREAD / ROLLS as I have in a different store close to Hannaford, many. many times! The stores are always clean, the public bathrooms always clean & sanitized. Always enough Baggers on the checkout lanes, always polite. ALWAYS THANKED for shopping there! ALWAYS! Just off a few clean cheesecake slices without any toppings and I would be super, duper happy! Cashiers ALL need raises, they are great! Helpful, courteous, pleasant & efficient! Such great Cashiers.

Somebody gotta supervise couple racists and rude cashiers ...Not buying from there again . very bad costumer service . Update : I contacted hannaford corporate office an let them know the situation and I was told '' the manager of the Niskayuna store will contact me '' but he never did . This proves the management itself has serious issues . Avoid this place .

Very clean grocery. Plenty of options and good quality produce. Not very crowded when I went and there is self check out and short lines. Parking is also convenient.

Service at this store has been going downhill the last two years. I treat this as a "convenience store" only in that it is close to my house. Now, if you don't buy bags they don't load your groceries in your cart. This happened the last time I was here and again today. There a person to bag groceries, when I said no to purchasing a bag the cashier never turned on the conveyor to the bagger and started piling my groceries I'm front of me and the bagger walked away. Terrible!
