When I want to email IKEA, the only option in their drop down box is Cancel Order. I don't want to cancel..any suggestions on how to reach customer service?

Go website, make sure it's Ikea.com-International, click on the drop down arrow, pick ikea.ca, go to website. Click the three little lines/left side of the screen, go to cust. ser. Scroll down, click on contact us, scroll down again, choose chat w/us, click red bubble. It will be long but you'll talk to a someone
