I have been trying to place a rather large order for furniture all day! They lost the order number and the call...3 times! Why in the world is IKEA making it so incredibly difficult for me to give them my money? Frustrated beyond belief....

This time of year you can expect things like that. I had a hard time ordering my kids new drawers online but was able to go to the store and order with no problems. Yeah Burbank is the best one to go to, sucks that the cafeteria is closed
