We were there during Elsa (week of July 4th) and even though it rained a little every ride was open. We still had an awesome time.

Guest relations will work with you for storms and extreme weather

Brandy Griffin | Sep 8, 2021

Yes

George Kolcan | Sep 8, 2021

It's heavy rain and wind not the "hurricane". But yes, you should be able to do so. Contact them directly.

All reservations for Disney are changeable. I had to reschedule twice with no problem. I wad originally scheduled to go during Thanksgiving, then in February, we finally went yesterday. Just be sure to keep your original email with the ticket number on it.

Toikeious Watson-Christian | Sep 8, 2021

You have to make reservations for each park, so yes. I rescheduled my wed for Sunday

Sherri Franklin | Sep 8, 2021

Yes. Disney will work with you to either extend your tickets valid period or compensate you for the lost days. But only if they close the park! If you choose not to go bc of weather, they will not compensate you.

Ian Murrell | Sep 8, 2021

If your tickets don't have a set day only the park reservation system then yes as long as you haven't used the ticket to enter you can just change the reservation if you have a ticket that is set for a specific day and you have a reservation then you'll just need to speak to guest relations via phone or at the property

Disney is really good with working around people's problems. That said hurricane Elsa was a non-issue.

Check with Disney directly to avoid confusion.

You're going to be waiting on hold forever... But you're best bet is to call Disney ticket and ask them.

Michael Miklas | Sep 8, 2021

I know southwest airlines doesn't care about hurricane Elsa.

Kristen Schmutz | Sep 8, 2021

Reach out to Disney. They should accommodate you as best they can

Rodney Cunningham | Sep 8, 2021

I don't see why they wouldn't because you can't control the weather.

shacorra gresham | Sep 8, 2021

It's Florida for goodness sake, I should hope they would have a storm or hurricane contingency

Courtney Lee | Sep 8, 2021
