Remember these are minimum wage employees who have to deal with difficult customers all day. One person one time is bound to happen to all of us. Overall I enjoy eating here and service is great.

Bound to catch someone in a bad mood once in a while but anyone working with the public should try to be mannerly.

Look, this is a never ending cycle. Im sure the patron had an attitude as well that just tipped the scale on the employee. Im not justifying her actions and yes, she should've controlled whatever issue she was dealing with. But costumers have a lot of fault as well. They suffer from entitlement and just because they might be better off than that employee it does not give them the right to be a-holes. Cardinal rule.. . Never piss off your food handler. I love whataburger and since I work in retail I understand if they might having a bad day and I don't let it get to me. Unless it's really really bad then I might say something. But more likely won't.

I agree with Tim. Some days it is jard to be cheerful all the time. But if you were offended and felt it needs to be addressed please call that Whataburger and ask for the manager. I know they would be willing to listen to you.
