If you place an order through their app, wait even 20 minutes to go pick it up, they still won't have made your order. I gave this place repeated chances and no matter how many times I placed an order through the app and waited a long time to go pick it up, they never had it made or even started to make it. I tried going through the drive through, going in the store. It didn't matter, same result every single time. While waiting for my order I've heard the employees talking bad about other customers, talking through their headsets about customers as well. The people that work there seem to just be miserable, unhappy and not care about customers at all. It's really sad because it wasn't always like this at that location.

Absolutely disgusting place, Filthy, Dirty, Trashy & rotten. There's nothing but nasty pill heads all around the place, The Manager is racist & threatened a disabled black man, Screams at people & always giving dirty looks. You have to pay for water cups as well, What an absolute joke. This place is dangerous, DO NOT Bring your children ANYWHERE near this incredibly ghetto area of town. This place is definitely NOT SAFE both inside & outside! If they even let you inside, They lock the doors at 2pm so they don't have to take orders from indoors! 😭🤣

Manager is so rude. How do you employ a manager who is clearly a terrible employee and is beyond rude to her customers? If your a district manager and owner and you read this you should really consider hiring a manager that isn’t such a horrible human being.

Witnessed a manager and her employee be rascist towards a black man in a wheelchair who accidentally spilled a little bit of water/soda but he did his best to clean it and apologized. Yet they manager decided to threaten the customer with calling the police and that he needed to leave even though he was dining in and just got his food. Her employee continued to heckle him and make comments towards him. Horrible experience and overall horrible way of handling a situation.
