As far as I know they still impound your vehicle if the gate is locked, take a 250$ chance if you want. However there is outside parking and I'm not sure how they treat that - it's on the "old man's" property..
Because there’s an old guy that has to lock the gates and he needs sleep however you can stay as long as you want you just have to call a number then a deputy will unlock it.
