If I could give zero stars, I would. They are clearly only interested in administering TMS to make money. Not taking new patients for any other issues. Thanks for NOT being a TRUE representative of healers for the Mental Illness community.

First time patient to this site after a Hospital referral.Step one come through for a telehealth apopointment for my 80 year old father. The time scheduled for the appointment-no calls received- we proceeded by calling the office to inform the call had not been made, and unfortunately a very inapropiate and disrespectful staff member alleged said they did not have any records on my father when it had been confirm prior to his Hospital discharge.. all records had been fowarded.Which I informed the staff member and her RESPONSE BEING "WELL I DONT KNOW IF WE RECIVED His RECORDS OR NOT". Would you like to reschedule .I gladly declined. With a biger understanding of the type of patient they are servicing this staff clearly needs more training on client treatment and office management.

Just went there for an appointment that I had scheduled from weeks, ;arrived there but they didn't no what I was talking about. OK, things happens but what I'm not going to tolerate is the disrespect , unprofessionalism and the rudeness of the woman at the " reception". Please to the owner or manager, get ride of that nasty and unpleasant woman from your staff. . When you go to a doctor the minimum that you would expect is a welcoming and a "Hi good morning "(basics)not a ordinary and comun woman that has no manners and looks more she is about to bark than help. Really shocked and impressed. This is so incorrect for a mental health place. The worst place I've been , maybe in my entire ife. The words "costumer service" are totally unknown for them.

You are OBVIOUSLY dealing with people that have mental health issues. The LEAST you could do is do your job thoroughly. Four people sitting at computers in the office and not ONE of them can call a patient at ANY point in the time between making the appointment and the time of the appointment to let them know that their insurance is no longer accepted. So, instead I get all the way there AFTER paying $70 that I could already barely afford just to MAKE the appointment and get told I’d have to pay $115+ or leave and find a new provider. Due to past experiences, the news was so triggering I experienced a panic attack in my car. Not only is it unprofessional, but it’s downright cruel. Do better. *******And then they reply and the only thing they can say is in response to the fee I paid, not the absolute garbage job they did by not informing me or ANY patients BEFORE making the trips out that our insurance is no longer accepted. Trash. They don’t care about mental health. They only care about your money. Find someone else to go to.
