Horrible experience. I brought my car here because it was making a noise from the front. I go back to get my car it’s still making a noise. The mechanic tells me the noise was coming from the back but loud and clear it’s coming from the front. Then he tells me an outrageous price over the phone. I told him it did not sound right then he calls back with a different price. All a scam sounds like to me. I sent an email to that email address and still have not received a response.

When I say it I was completely down about finding my tire had a piece of metal in it, I don’t think I can encapsulate it any better. But going to This Pepboys and having met Jacob L., he restored my faith and helped me find my smile again. He truly is one of the nicest, going-out-of-his-way to help you people I have ever met in my life! And we will continue to visit this establishment because of him. Went to get an alignment , rear shocks , and two new tires. You would think my car would be riding so smooth now right? Nope. I had to immediately go back because it sounded super off and felt horrible. I got told that the sound I was hearing was “normal” and the rough ride was due to the road… lol I wasn’t going to argue I was just doing to drive it around to make sure I was hearing and feeling it right. So I take it back a day later and I get a call that the shocks were bad… the ones they just put on. My car still doesn’t drive smooth. Super upset now. My car has never had issues before. Usually just brought my car here for regular maintenance but probably never going back now. Worst 800$ I’ve ever spent.
