Try the Pep Boys tire store on Mc Mullen and Boyette.
Because pep boys is trash?
Unfortunately most Pep Boys are so busy that getting somebody to answer the phone is a problem. I've been using them for almost 5 years now and we have them maintain our company's fleet of vehicles all over Florida. The experience is pretty much always the same. Virtually impossible to get somebody to answer the phone but if you go in and schedule an appointment the service is outstanding. They always do great work and most of the time they charge us less than they estimate.
Service and retail are handled separately so when you call the retail store they have no ability to assist with service. I worked there for a while and this was one of my biggest frustrations. Not having the ability to assist a customer even though I had the time to do so. The store staff really tries but us stretched thin.
I been there once and no issue at all.
I have always had great service there. I would ask for a manager if you had a problem. They probably Don't Plug A Tire. They would do an inside patch and a normal time for that would be 15 to 20 minutes.
