I was going to be a 1st time customer at Arby's. Walked in and there were 5 people in the kitchen, stood there for about 3 minutes and was not even acknowledge by the employees and the person who seemed to be the manager. Worst customer service.

We were in last night and service was horrible and they served us a raw food three times. So it is just how they operate.

Yes it happens, drive thru just as bad. Service hasn't been good for about a month. I thought it had to do with the Holidays but I was wrong.

That is strange! We go to that one most of the time and have always had great experience there. Sorry to hear your experience was unsatisfactory.
