Awesome place! Hadn't been in in awhile and ordered, then tried to change/add some items and the dude very kindly pointed out that everything I was attempting to do was already covered with my initial order! LMAO! He was kind, courteous, and professional while probably thinking I was a kindergartner! Order was made perfectly and if you're only eating for yourself, just get the small fries with your order. The cup you get them in is about equivalent to a McDonald's medium fries but in reality you end up receiving the equivalent of two McDonald's large fries and medium! And they are sooo efffffing good too!

Extremely dirty, all empty tables dirty and had to ask if someone would clean up and they had to decide between 5 of them who’s cleaning and only one other order being made besides us. Then ask to refill ketchup and no one did so no ketchup for fries. Floor had food everywhere. Including ketchup from earlier in day on floor by ketchup dispenser and ask to clean up before someone slips and nothing done.

Prices are way too high. Burger was good, but the top bun was stale and hard as a rock. Not impressed by their virtue signaling with so few tables available scattered so far apart and locked restrooms. Haven't been there in a while...won't be back. Very disappointed.

So I put off trying five guys for a long time now. Only because I don't like the way they just dumped the fries into the bag. To me that's very unprofessional. So saying that, i was hungry and stopped by, I just ordered a large fry. The fries were only fried one time. Not taken out, shaken and put up to rest for a minute, then fried for a second time. Only once... Needless to say the fries are soggy and tasted horrible. Not worth the almost $9 I paid for a soggy, messy bag of fries. Not impressed for a place that brags and has their praise hung all over their walls.
