Great service, ordered late from the lobby I really appreciate getting some Mac and Fish sandwiches. I was so hungry, but couldn't decide. Thankfully the Menu display above has all the items and prices. My choice was easy to make.

I usually always come here for the curly fries. But I came the other day, after I ate, I filled me cup with sprite. And this kid came up 2 me demanding that I poured my cup out and that, that cup was for water only. It woulda cost you guys the same whether i dumped it out or not. I left, kid told me never to come back, and screamed out the window that he was calling the cops on me. My worst fast food restaurant experience of my life👎

I have given this location 3 chances in the past year. I went there for the 3rd time 2 days ago and that will be my last. I always get a Beef and Cheddar. This has always been my favorite sandwich at Arby's. The past 3 times it has been horrible. There is one tiny squirt of cheese and no sauce at all. The roast beef is not hot and I keep finding hard pieces of beef that is almost like jerky. The beef is obviously sitting under heat lamps for who knows how long. I won't order fries at all anymore because they are never crispy and are always cold. This is very frustrating as Arby's has always been my "go to" fast food. Not sure if this is a problem with just this location but it is too expensive to keep trying different locations. Which brings me to another issue - come on - $13.00 for 2 sandwiches?? No fries and no drinks???
