Just kiddie rides... a train and a carousel
As others have said there's a few kids rides and a hot air balloon. There's also an amphibious car and boat ride.
Mostly shops and restaurants. All the rides are in the surrounding parks. There is a boat ride from one side of Disney Springs to the other, though. Beautiful place to visit. I definitely recommend it.
