Disney pin traders store is still there. You can trade with many employees in many of the stores.
Years back there was a whole Pin store at what was then LBV. I am not sure there is a dedicated place in Disney Springs for pin trading now..
Not that I can recall. But you can in the hotel shops and all of the parks.
