most area hotels and resorts offer bell service which allow you to leave things at your hotel and retrieve them before a flight. But there is no place to store luggage. In addition with security/bag check in might be a challenge getting in. As a local "the luggage people are seeing is new, visitors from abroad will purchase a suitcase at whatever mall they are at and fill it to be sent home"

Most hotels in the area will hold your luggage for you even after you have checked out Or before you have checked in. Only downside is you'll have to go back to the hotel to grab your stuff.
If you're staying at a Disney resort bell services will hold luggage but you'll have to go back for it.
