I have never seen any, and I believe they keep the characters just in the parks. Disney Springs is not as "Branded" as the parks are, you find lots of non Disney merchandise for instance.
I have never seen any and we visit Disney Springs at least once a month.
At disney springs i didn't see any. Maybe next to holidays
