Just different entrances but they all lead to the same place, I park on the ground floor close to the circus Soleil. Alot of people do the garage parking because they usually don't realize you can park there as well. It's super close and free! You literally walk pass the parking lot and you're in on all the fun, the garages are annoying, you always have to walk 2 flights of stairs or a bridge.
Yes, there are different entrances to the parking garages. If you go to Disney Springs & take the bus into the parks it is free. That way you avoid paying the parking fee in the parks. During the busy season it is better to just pay parking, as the rush to the busses take forever.
