I believe most of Springs closes around 11pm. Maybe you can check individual restaurants as they might stay open later! Enjoy.

They have restaurants that turn into night clubs after a certain hour not sure if any stores open that late maybe in the summer hours things are open later

Some of the restaurants and bars are open till 2 am. After that the clean up crew comes in.

Some of the restaurants are open late Friday/Saturday. Not sure about walking around after they close all the venues.
