At Disney Springs Christmas Store they do have the new Christmas Ears. They also have them at shop Disney on the app. The Christmas store is in the very back beyond Lego World and the shops. They are there 365 until maybe 11pm at night
They are currently selling Halloween ears. Christmas ears should start having availability after Halloween. You will be able to view one or two designs typically online to order. There are always Exclusive designs held for Mickey's Christmas party at the parks.
