It is free it is basically a downtown area Disney has been developing with stores restaurants from Disney Experience selection stores as well as high end restaurants clubs but don't let that fool you there's also stuff for children they have street performers a couple parking garages which are free as well as the transit service that Disney offers for free.
It's a mall with lots of Disney stores and other brands, there's also restaurants and the parking is free. It's a nice place for a walk
There are lots of Disney shops. Great place to find most of your theam park souvenirs in one place.
Yea it's basically an outdoor mall. And you can walk around get, drinks or food. It's a nice place and there's no parking fee
