There are definitely a lot of eating options. You can get quick fairly cheaply priced food or sit down expensive steaks and everything in between. You can choose restaurants to be entertained at or just to eat and get out.
T-REX restaurant at Disney Springs is amazing for kids and grownups :)
Many good places with a variety of plates to satisfy many palates. The prices range from reasonable to expensive depending on where you go. We did tge Raglan Irish Pub and it was a great experience with real good entertainment. Prices were reasonable and food was good.
There are many places to eat. There is t-rex but I recommend to reserve a table because there is an extreme wait to get in.

Wolfgang Puck is my suggested place to eat.
Waits aren't too bad if you avoid TRex and Rainforest Cafe. Lots of choices and with nice weather, there are also less expensive foid trucks with open air seating. You can make reservations in advance but for some places, make the reservations far in advance. All restaurants take walk-ins but wait times can be long at dinner rush.

Oh yeah .. some are pricey, but the quality is there. STK for fantastic steaks, Art Smith's Florida Homecomin' for comfort foods like fried chicken, Morimoto Asia has wonderful Asian cuisine. You really can't go wrong.
