Great question...i have to assume you have Celiac desease...the full blown version of Gluten sensitivity and or Gluten alergy. This question requires a phone call to the rectory ... I don't work for the church but im a parishioner... Definitely place that phone call for an honest answer....Ask for a priest or Deacon. Good luck 😉
Thank you, I do have celiac. I called the church, and they do have low gluten hosts. You let the Sacristan know at the beginning of Mass and he/she will direct you.
