Dr. Kelley is the very best physician to consult for a spectrum of muscular/skeleton needs. His approach is to do a full assessment and then zero in on the best intervention. Highly recommend to anyone before going the surgical route.

Called to make an appointment. Was told to have records send from last visit to primary. Dealt with getting all records over. Was just called after three days saying that Dr Kelley is not seeing new patients. Horrible front desk staff giving the doctor (who came highly recommended) a bad name. When I asked for another doctor they recommend, I was hung up on. Really needs to get his front desk in order and after reading the reviews I am not the only one that thinks so.

Dr. Kelley injected my knee with Stem Cells and it has allowed me to return to regular active levels. Although I cannot run as much as I want or used to, it allows me to run regularly and not have severe pain the next day which would cause me to limp and struggle. He checked on my regularly after my procedure and was available well after it for questions or concerns.

This review is not about the doctor but about the front office staff... I scheduled and confirmed an appointment with this office where they took down all relevant information. When I arrived at the front desk, I said I had an appointment at 2:30. The receptionist said, "James?" which I promptly replied "no". Right then I knew it wasn't going to be good. She asked me my last name and how to spell it which I told her both. A very, very short time later, she then asked AGAIN what was my last name. I unhappily repeated myself where she felt it was ok to tell me to "calm down". To make a long story short, the front office lost my appointment and proceeded to alienate me by being flippent about things. She even told me, "something happened to my appointment". I never got to see the doctor so I must say that this review is mainly about the front office staff. I will NEVER be visiting this doctor's office again. BTW - if you are thinking I got the dates messed up and it was really in the next month...I would not have taken an appointment that was 5 weeks out
