This doctors facility is in dire need of a receptionist that actually cares about her job. For five weeks I tried to do business with the sawfish and I numerous times attempted to telephone them regarding my future appointment with them. Only to be unable to contact anybody, except on two occasions out of 20 attempts someone said hold on I’ll be right with you and never came back to the phone. So I had to drive down there on four different occasions just to speak to someone regarding the possibility of Dr. Stephen Friedman handling my pain management requirements. I was never able to have a consultation with Dr. Stephen Friedman after many conversations with his office manager Emily. Who seems to me to be extremely overwhelmed at all times. I say that because I said in the reception room on two different occasions and watched Emily give every individual that she spoke with a overwhelmed attitude. She told me when I Attempted to ask her what’s wrong that they never answer the telephone and I had to come down in person to get questions answered regarding my future visits. Her answer was we’re looking for somebody to answer the phones now would you like the job? I am 78 years old and in my lifetime I have dealt with several other pain management companies in the greater Naples area and also in New York and Ocala Florida. This company, without a doubt is the worst doctors facility I have ever dealt with or attempted to deal with. I believe this Is Emily’s fault and I believe Emily should be fired for trying to ruin a man’s practice. Without question there is something drastically wrong with this company that is The JAFFE Center and Dr. Stephen Friedman.

Physician care is quite good. Staff is helpful in person. But no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Ever! Dealing with the office is a complete frustration.

The front office is IMPOSSIBLE. Nobody answers the phone, always to voice mail. Call backs take at least 1 day if not more. No matter how good the doctor is, I will not deal with an office that has NO respect for my time.

I have seen Doctor Friedman for many years and I must say, he has always been a very caring and genuine guy. My treatments have always gone without a hitch and his staff have always treated me with respect and care. I’ve recommended several people and family members!
