Ace is the place …and the PEOPLE! My husband and I walked in with what we knew would be Mission Impossible. We needed to duplicate a disintegrated odd size O ring. Lupe and Lois to the rescue - they quickly accepted the challenge. Together they pooled their knowledge and experience and reached their goal within two quick tries. We marveled watching them orchestrate through the thousands of woositz and whatsitz. What I thought would be just the beginning of a long hunt and many miles to find that our needs would be met - it was one (first) stop shopping - and the beginning of a beautiful friendship. I went to the paint department hoping to have a small chip (smaller than a penny) analyzed and matched with an outdoor glossy paint. My needs were very specific but they were no match for Ellen. Ellen greeted me before I reached the counter, helped me find the best options for my project and price. After she got the paint matched, she took me to the aisle of brushes and chose a couple of brushes that would best fit my project. Ellen was a pleasure to work with and she offered me lots of valuable information. I will always come to Ace before any other Home improvement store, not because of the selection but because of the way I am treated. It’s always a pleasure!

The two gentlemen in the tackle department spent at least 30 minutes with me helping me select a fishing rod and reel, hooks, lures, and line. I left the store with a fully functional pole with no requirements on my part in order to begin fishing. Ace is the best place to go for things when you have to fix the toilet again or anything around the house. They having fishing supplies and the men who work here know a lot about parts if you have questions. That's why I come here instead of Home Depot because the people know about the product.
