Well Dell sometimes they have a big rush and that is life, the big rushes happens 4-7 and some people come in and order sometimes 10 ten pizzas or something. It's not their fault people come in hungry and have parties.
You can call ahead and they’ll just give your food away. I called ahead an order for two crazy breads and a stuffed crust deep dish pizza they told me 20 mins. I came back 20 minutes later to pick up and they told me they were out of crazy bread. They literally do not care they didn’t even apologize
Well Dell Ray I can totally understand your frustration but when I go to Little Caesars here in Brigham City call it in and ask for a fresh hot and ready pizza and usually when I come in it's generally ready so that might be helpful call in your order before you go get it that's been very useful for me and my family I have gone in and saw the people were standing around and I got my pizza before them I think calling in might help your problem and getting your pizza sooner !!!!
