This place is absolute TRASH. It’s never “Hot & Ready” even if you order ahead. The employees ignore you or have a bad attitude. It’s as if you are inconveniencing them by picking up your order. Pizza was old and disgusting. Never will be coming here again. I’d give zero stars if I could. Worst Little Caesars ever.

We have visited this location usually a couple of times a week for the last 2 years and it's never once been what would be rated more than 3 stars, but usually more like 1 or 2 stars. Google really should allow a review for every time you patronize a place. You may wonder why we would continue going there when it's almost always a bad experience. The reason is that this is one of the few things that my daughter with anxiety disorder will actually eat. So we have a lot of experience with Little Caesars locations. Before moving we frequented the Roy, Clinton and Syracuse locations, and while they were often less than great, they were never anywhere close to as terrible as this location! They constantly undercook the pizzas, sloppily spread sauce all over the crust, over sauce or under sauce, have huge bubbles, skimp on toppings and cut it so crooked some pieces are 1/4 of the pizza! Recently I have been getting custom pizzas that they charge $2 per topping for but every single time there are barely any of each topping except pepperoni.

They’re SLOW. Slower than any place I’ve ever ate at. They say a 10 minute wait we’re here for an hour waiting for our food including 10 other people waiting on their food too. Every time we have bought their cheesy bread it’s not fully cooked. Ever. It’s doughy. This place used to be great. But now I really hope Brigham just gets rid of it altogether. It’s the worst service, food and place out here.

I ordered a large number of pizzas and they gave us a 25 minute window for pick-up, I was skeptical they would have them ready but when I arrived they were hot and ready! The staff was friendly and efficient and even offered to help me carry them to my car. I would order from them again.

Well Dell sometimes they have a big rush and that is life, the big rushes happens 4-7 and some people come in and order sometimes 10 ten pizzas or something. It's not their fault people come in hungry and have parties.

I placed my order over the phone, to insure it was ready when I got there. Then 1 part wasn't ready forgot to add? . I'm not to happy about that, and they didn't seem to care that much. Any policy you have?

How do you make something so wonderful as a stuffed crust pizza for only $9 and still make a profit considering your fixed and variable costs? You made me fat but it sure was delicious. BTW can you help me with my manegerial accounting class? love

It is a matter of scale. We couldn't make a profit with only one pizza. Enough people vote for little caesars that we can offer great prices.

Masks, gloves and disinfectant for sure and then it's up to the public to follow the rules on the signs that are posted.
