If you want to cover both parks in one day you will have to arrange your own transportation. Perhaps an uber. But it's rushed to cover both parks in one day.
If staying at a Disney resort and want to go to Unversal you will have to you get your own transportation.

Well you can go to both but they are different companies and nit associated. You will miss most of the parks features if you try one day for both and likely will not ride any rides. You can buy the tickets seperate, there are not any joint packages and most hotels have shuttles to both throughout the day if you dont have a rental car. Personally i think you are wasting your money if you try to do both in one day.
I dont think so, besides I think it would not be possible to cover either of these properly in half-day...
Disney and Universal are two different companies. As far as I know they do not offer cross company tickets.
