What is the costs of 2 adults and 1 child for ptp one day and what are the food pkgs? We are planning a trip week of July 22. Should we purchase them in advance ?

Yes... do bring your own snacks, sandwiches, your water bottle(s), sodas, juices... if you can pack them in your own backpack, handbag... Cost for one adult ticket is $116... but universal orlando's website was self explanatory and easy to purchase your tickets on your own... use your own smartphone to show purchased tickets or print them out at home to show at gate to get into the theme park >>>avoid side booths to do actual purchase of tickets and waiting in the heat

You can eat on a budget at the park or bring in packed lunches as long as the food is snack size as in individual portions and not huge packs of candy / snacks
