MIB is not scary it's just like the movie and has a rollercoaster. Kong is a scary character and loud so it's possible.
MIB have a simulator of a alien attack, is for play and you have a gun to shoot, i think is special for Kids 😍
MIB isn't too scary but Kong is a little frightening with 3D.
I don't think the men in Black ride is scary for kids and teens. Our youngest is seven and loved it. We didn't do the reign of Kong.
If the kids feel too nervous or scared, the attendants will assist you in exiting the line very easily. A majority of the rides before getting on them you can also easily ask an attendant if it's too scary for a child.
No mib is amazing but not scary. Kong is a little bit more scary. My daugther teen Yeats old enjoy IT.
