If she is not a Florida resident, she is not eligible for Florida resident discounts.

MZ MegaZone | Sep 9, 2019

No. The person using the ticket must present a valid Florida photo ID when they enter the park with a Florida resident ticket. This is to prevent exactly this use case - residents buying discount tickets for non-residents to use. Otherwise someone would make a business out of reselling them for less than the full price ticket and pocketing the difference.

Each Florida resident ticket must have their own Florida resident I'd. She will be turned away

She most likely will not be able to use a Florida resident ticket. They are pretty strict about those and have a number of things in place to prevent it from happening.

I don't believe so but call Customer Service or The Ticket sales will know for sure I know they have special rates for out of towner's at Most Highway Reststops can also help however do NOT DO ANY Timeshare Tours the time put in and bully like tactic isn't worth discounted sales. Also Harry Potter has 2 sides and need ticket for both parks that is something to consider before buyimg. But had an amazing time.
