Less people, less lines, not too hot. It's not so bad
The park does have a policy about lightning, certain rides will shut down when it is too close, but otherwise the park can be fun on a rainy day with less lines
Agreed with Miguel, also you should know Universal Studios is MOSTLY simulation rides, so they're indoors anyway but Island of Adventure (mostly roller coasters & such) shorter lines still...:)
The day I was there, there was some light rain at times & I still had a great day. But I would assume some rides wouldn't be operating during thunderstorms, due to safety.
It can be. Most rides have indoor lines. I usually get on a ride line if it looks like rain.
