If you have a medical condition do you have to wear a mask

Yes, only exception is eating. If you have a medical condition you shouldn't go. They will make you wear it or force you to leave park. We just visited and they are strict with this rule.

You have to wear a mask at universal and Islands with the exception of eating our drinking. Masks are not required at Volcano Bay unless you are ordering food or drinks.
