I believe they don't take reservations, you just go once the park opens. I rented a scooter from a local company instead. They delivered and picked up and it was similar money to a 3 days of rental in the park for a week of rental from the company.
You have to do a ritual where they suck the blood out of your credit card .

You can't. I found it in less than 5 minutes looking on their website. Clearly states first come first served.
