Definitely call but I believe they had insurance. We had to switch our dates and it was easy. Or they will just give you tickets for future I don’t think they do refunds

Unless you contract covid yourself, you should not have a problem. Bring a mask for safety to wear inside but the mask mandates have been lifted. Enjoy Lee Brice on the 12th. Should be a fabulous show in universal!
Was just there a couple weeks ago. No masks were needed. In any case, check their website for refund/rain check policy.

No. They newer refund or return. Just if you buy insurance over all your journey, including hotel and air thickets,all package. But the park it self- never .

If you buy a package they give you the option to purchase insurance. The on site hotels have a good cancelation policy. Always call if you have an issue. They have always been accommodating.
Nobody cares anymore. The whole thing was a joke anyway.
My universal package had cancel anytime for $45
