I'm not sure about that. But I don't we brought a one day pass and it got rained out because of thunder and lightning and we were able to go the next day free because it rained out the first day.

Some parks offer free return days due to inclimate weather conditions and they are forced to close the attractions for safety reasons, but medical may be another issue. They may say: if you have medical conditions NOT to ride the attractions, and that may be their way of not honoring that situation in their park rules or clause. BUT doesn't hurt to inquire at the parks if incase someone does have a medical issue or emergency, and has to leave....
