I would like to know about the "quiet room". I checked that there are "quiet room" in some movies and sessions but, do we need to buy for special tickets? Or 'first come first served"?

You can use the quiet room as needed. Not all of the theatre have them. You don't need to buy a special ticket for use of the quiet room
