Do you want to pay the price of a home without the yard or privacy? Do you want to pay the price of a home to have thousands of neighbors? Do you want guests to never be able to visit since there’s only 12 visitor parking spots for hundreds of townhomes? Then come on down to Edgewater Townhomes!! Pay the price of a home without any of the benefits!

OH MY GOD the list of issues I have with this absurd place. Inconsiderate money hungry people. They have hidden fees coming out of their Wazoos (I want to say how I really feel but google will remove it and every one needs to know the truth and lies behind the management here). Don't trust them if you value what little money we can even make in this economy. Raising rent AGAIN. They make it abundantly clear they do not care about you as a human being who needs a place to live, especially loyal tenants of 3 years. I raised a complaint about their hidden fees so they chose to deny my renewal of 3 YEARS!!! Now I have to find another place to go with very little notice because they were offended we spoke up about them not having it together and blaming it on us. They won't tell you this but there is a hidden fee for breathing the air on the property as well. So save yourself the stress, the disrespect and disregard for your life. They love passing out reminders that you mean absolutely nothing in this world if you don't have money for extra hidden FEES. AND definitely do not address your concerns with them or you also will be denied.

This place has the absolute worst parking situation, There are maybe 20 visitor parking spots for hundreds of townhomes, Every time I visit Edgewater, I spend 10 minutes driving through the parking lot looking for an available visitor spot😡 Meanwhile, only 40% of the parking lot is ever being occupied, and all of the clubhouse parking spots are always available. I wouldn’t recommend living here if you ever plan on having visitors. There car will likely get towed like mine, and they’ll have to pay $250 to have it released!🤬

They have no parking. Our friends live here and we are never able to visit them because of it. They only have like five visitor spots for the entire complex, and they just announced that they will start towing at the dirt lot next to the complex. Absolutely no parking.

Why is the parking such a joke?

Towing fines are $175 a pop! If you live here they will find a way to tow you. My advice: do not live here.

Is the hot tub available for residents in February 2021?

Is the club house gym open 24 hours? Or does it close?

It's not 24 hours. I think it closes at 11pm.

Most places like this don't have ample parking. Maybe these type of places have deals with a towing company

We do actually, every night a towing service sweeps the streets for anyone parked illegally. We also have an average amount of parking, each tow house has a driveway and a garage, which allows for 2 cars worth of parking. Even if you have more than 2 cars, we have auxiliary lots that you can use for a fee, but most people only have 2 cars per town house.
