My wife and I did not. But we went there in the summer and were the only ones on the tour.
I'm not sure but, my experience with these types of things this me you probably don't need a reservation. If give them a call to confirm. This is a beautiful property with some very interesting Florida history. The tour is wonderful. Our guide was Holly and she was the best!
