We have enjoyed Geuine Bistro for many years & were happy that DeBary had an upscale place. Sadly, our recent visits have seen at least 6 of our favorites removed from the menu. Also, all of the plants are gone that gave some atmosphere & a barrier between you & the highway. I see business is slipping away & I hope the new owner will reconsider these changes. Staff is still friendly & positive.

Our 1st visit really Good Food! I had a 10oz sirloin that looked like 12oz. Medium Rare perfect. My wife had an exceptional chicken marsala that she wolfed down. It all started with a very harty & generous calamari. We look forward to the new menu!

I wanted to love this place as I want to support small business owners and I like the farm to table concept. However I was somewhat disappointed in the menu. I am vegetarian and while I appreciate the stir fry which was excellent, I wish I had other options beyond salad and sides. I respectfully suggest adding a veggie burger to the menu. I do compliment the server for her friendlyness and attention. I also enjoyed the beer.
