It always depends on current market pricing. Its like when you go to a restaurant and order lobster, it usually says market price because it is always changing. The best way to find out is to call us for current pricing.
We buy all tin and steel, and yes, that would qualify! However, when buying steel, we do like to only create a ticket for customers with 200lbs or more. If you have just a little, we offer free disposal and it will be properly recycled. Thank you!
