No ticket needed but like the other guy said you need a park pass for Hollywood studios. I recommend you use the Disney app to make a reservation that is what I did when I went with my daughter and that was the easiest way to go eat there and we didn't have to wait at all.
No. It did take a while to grab an open table though. 45 minute wait if I remember correctly.
