Are you asking about the carne asada? It is good but we have been extremely disappointed with the service at Señor Tequila. A better choice may be Azteca de Oro.

This restaurant is disappointing for the price. It's hard to mess up an enchilada, but they managed. The margaritas are good though!
Carne guisada is typically found in Puerto Rican or Dominican restaurants. Never seen them in a Mexican restaurant. Orlando has many Puerto Rican restaurants. I trust those restaurants more for guisada.
No carne guisada.... I live in Daytona so it's about a hour drive away.
