I went here to get an issue resolved from a mistake in our intra-state (Not Florida) and federal DOT. After a very frustrating time of dealing with dead ends and frankly rude attitude from that other state (from which I moved from over 10 years ago) for a mistake on their end, I ended up having to go to the Winter Springs DMV. The ladies at Winter Springs were amazing. They not only showed compassion and empathy for this frustrating and completely inexplicable situation. They quickly did what they had to do to get it resolved, all with a smile and positive attitude! I have dealt with the bureaucracy and of other government agencies and states and they tend to be indifferent and have an attitude when asked to do their job. It is refreshing to engage with government employees who truly care about helping and resolving issues. The role of "Public Servant" is to help its citizenry, and the team at the Winter Springs Branch exemplify that. If only all our government agencies had this dedication and sense of duty.

Seating capacity for 38 people, easy in and out unless you are a newcomer to the area. I've been in Orange County for 19 years and glad I'm back in Seminole county. Better law enforcement.

I needed to get my tag renewed and update my drivers license. The check in was smooth. The lobby was pretty full but I only waited about 15 minutes. They move fast! Once I got to the window, the clerk was extremely friendly and efficient. Everyone dreads the DMV/tax collectors office, let’s be honest, but my experience was great!
