WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE!! They lose your appointments and they wont re-book you for over 6-8 weeks. They DO NOT care about exciting you and selling you a service you CANNOT use anytime soon. Gift cards are store locked SO BEWARE of promotions. If you want to give this as a gift to someone, they may get more headache then the gift is worth. My wife bought this as a gift for me for valentines day due to my terrible back pain. No one told her that even though she bought a giftcard, there are no appointments for 6-8 weeks and if you try to schedule at a different branch it will cause problems with the promotion. Absolutely 0/10. Horrible communication and service. Look for other massage chains if you want to give someone a gift that will make them happy, this one has only made me stressed.

Had a amazing massage with Margorie recently. I've been experiencing some issues related to possible carpal tunnel syndrome and she was very helpful and educated on the issue. The massage was so relaxing and was definitely beneficial to me. I love this location. The entire front desk staff is so nice and friendly. They are following COVID protocols as well so expect to wear your mask and follow safety guidelines. I will be back!

Sasha is amazing! Absolutely loved my Himalayan Salt Stone massage! I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even explained more about my packages and add ons to save me money and allow me to book even more services! I scheduled a follow up appointment with Sasha and added a facial for a "spa day"! I highly recommend Hand & Stone Lake Mary!

I would have given 5 stars if it was primarily based on massage because it was Excellent I felt so relaxed and my stress was lifted. I hope I am spelling her name correctly Aiyanna gives an amazing massage I especially enjoyed the neck hand and foot massage....5 stars and i will be returning just because of her. Reason for this is because upon entering the facility, I was not greeted as the other customers whom enter after me and when they exited they were asked if they enjoyed services. I was not given a review of what my services would be consisting of especially since they make u fill out a whole medical background etc.and it was my very first time there. Customer service is a huge deal for me and I just want the ladies whom run the front desk to be more friendly and inviting to everyone who enters and exit there facility. Since this review was originally posted I was contacted by a very nice gentlemen who represents Hand/Stone. I will be returning for more services and I definitely appreciate the quick response I received. Thank You :-)
