Well there is all around the perimeter. If u park at the south side it'll be hard to pull out. West side is crowd bc of residence. East side is by the Visual Art museum but u have to climb the hill. North side u'll have to cross the street/park a block away. So there is no perfect place. But I recommend the West side bc I like to climb it and walk down. But it's not for everyone.
U can park for two hours free
I always park at top of hill for free on the street .. literally inches away from park .. May have to circle around a few times
Yes there is public parking
There's parking around two sides of the park, but they may have meters. I don't think there's parking exclusively for the park. Other nearby streets should also have parking spaces. I dont have a car, so it's mostly just from observation and not personal experience. I hope this helps!
No there is parking literally every where. Depending on where you're going ill park by little Havana and go walk around because its free there. But most places you'll have to pay. Some are cheaper than other you just have to ride around to search for them.
