This is the second time I've been here. It's a very spacious park where the Baltimore bike party meets up. The sprawling park features a free brick corner with fountain. I was glad they have trash cans for waste disposal. Seems like a cool place to cook when the crowds from the bike party are gone. It seems very peaceful here.

I believe you have to contact Baltimore Parks and Recreation to secure a permit. Hope that helps.
